It may not be very practical in actually cleaning your dog’s paws, but it’s cute and a lot of fun to teach. Most dogs will pick up on this relatively easily. Teaching a dog to do tricks and fun/silly behaviors has countless benefits. Whether the goal is to promote stronger obedience or help the dog become better at learning, teaching tricks will develop and strengthen a lifelong bond between a person and their dog. Let me know what other fun tricks you would like to teach your dog and I may make a tutorial on it in the future.
